Ludlow
Young Farmers Club had an excellent turn out at their new members evening,
likely due to the extensive advertising the club has done to help get more
members said chairman Ben Sanders.
From
road signs to posters, radio adverts to press releases the new members evening was
heavily promoted all over Ludlow and surrounding areas, with excellent support
given by Ludlow College and local newspapers. The new members evening took
place at Ludlow Rugby Club with entertainment and team building activities throughout
the evening helping to give a flavour what the club is all about to the
new faces.
It’s
not too late to sign up for membership, if you know anyone between 14-26 and looking
for a dynamic social life, tell them to join. Ludlow YFC is entering its 70th
year of activities, so expect a year of celebration, with great activities
planned for 2014. From sport, cooking and trips to site visits, cider tasting
and bowling the club does something different every week, and meetings are
organised by young farmers for young farmers. Visit our website for more
